It is always best to take care of our own affairs.

Everybody has had a memory of their grandparents or parents reading them a story before bed. I’ve heard a lot of stories, but this one about the DOG AND DONKEY stayed in my head the most.

In the home of a wealthy guy, there was a dog and a donkey. The dog protected his home, and the donkey hauled his cargo.

The afternoon was rather warm. Under the veranda’s cover, the dog was sound asleep. Outside, there was some commotion. The dog simply raised his head before falling back to sleep.

The mule enquired, “Please bark instead. It might be crooks “. “Mind your own business,” the dog retorted. However, the donkey was unreceptive. He desired to protect his master from robbers. He began to snarl.

The master, who was deep sleeping, became irrational with the donkey and ran outside carrying a stick to beat it severely.

LESSON: It is always best to take care of our own affairs.
